Statler (right) and Waldorf (left) are the iconic elderly hecklers of The
Muppets—two grumpy old men who sit in the theater's balcony and
deliver a constant stream of sarcastic, biting, and hilariously negative
commentary on the Muppet performances (especially Fozzie’s).
